Build inside your booth boldly—but don’t lag out the grid. Optimize your assets and keep an eye on resource use.

Do not rez any personal objects anywhere except your booth area.  

Please use the   ACS Official Merchant Vendors for your shop.  These vendors will not be counted as your land impact 

 

🎭 THEME COMPLIANCE
Try to match the season theme as they happen (Notices will go out ahead of time)
Creative twists are encouraged—just don’t go off-genre. Keep it Simple and fun

You’ll need to provide at least 2 of the following items:

ACS RFL Raffle - OFFICIAL v28

Auction Item (Optional but Encouraged)

Must be exclusive in original form 

 

🔞 GENERAL RULE

There's nothing better than people coming together, community building and come together in Unity. As it's said: "Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." There is no letter "I" in word TEAM!

It doesn’t matter how different we are. What matters in building a  SL community is the desire to live in a peaceful and caring environment, despite all our differences. Good Neighbors

It Starts with One

Building a strong SL community starts with individual contributions, no matter how small. As long as you are kind and willing to help others in need, you’ll be a great community member. We feel this vision has been lost!   Bring back this event of the past  where  SL community will give you a sense of belonging and the feeling that you are never alone. Many gives a lot of deep love and time to what we do as a team.   There is no place here for "I" or "Me" nor "Myself"

 

Vission

Scifi Fair  is a basic  time though out the season to enjoy and relax in a place without Drama.  Giving to a cause to fundraise for the ACS Relay for Life will be there as a goal.  But most of all it is just a simple place to show others what we are about as a Sci fi community.       " There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what it cares about''.

🚫  Bad behavior or a persistent negative mindset 

THESE ACTIONS WILL BE SERVED AS A WARNING AND IF CONTINUES YOU WILL BE BAN FROM LAND

BOOTH ITEMS RETURNED * NO REFUNDS

 

 

💡 IMMERSION & SCRIPTING

Keep it basic but create spaces that pull people in through:

Dynamic lighting

Storytelling of who you are or what you have 

But be mindful:
🚫 No particle generators
🚫 No unnecessary or high-lag scripts

Make magic of the season as they change —without frying viewer graphics cards.

KEEP IT SIMPLE 

 

⏳ DEADLINES MATTER
Deadlines are real. Hit them.
Even if you’re transporter malfunction, bring a note.

There will be assigned day to build inside your booth then a timeline land right may be removed

* If more time is needed see Staff

Keep it Moderate.

This is a Basic Event fundraising for the ACS -Relay for Life.

Keep it neat & Clean!  Keep it in season and a family friendly place with  NO DRAMA.
